Join Transcom as a Technical and Customer Experience Advisor! Support customers of a telecommunications client with smartphones, tablets, and computers. Use your technical expertise and customer service skills to troubleshoot, answer questions, and resolve issues. Customers may inquire about services, enrollments, cancellations, or disputes.

What we are looking for:
  • Engage effortlessly with callers and actively listen
  • Navigate multiple applications to research solutions
  • Provide accurate, timely instructions and resolve conflicts calmly
  • Work independently in a structured, remote environment
  • Adhere to full-time schedule and handle high call volume
  • Use a headset and maintain proper ergonomic setup
Requirements
  • At least 18 years old, High School diploma or equivalent
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Work 32-40 hours weekly, including evenings, weekends, holidays
  • Strong computer skills, typing at least 30 WPM
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Professional, courteous, and empathetic
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in technical support or customer service preferred
  • Previous call center or remote work experience preferred
Location & Home Office Requirements

Must reside in specified states and have a dedicated, distraction-free home office with high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps download, 3 Mbps upload, ping <100ms). Equipment provided by Transcom includes a computer, monitor, and headset. A personal desktop or laptop with Ethernet connection is required for assessments.
