Job Overview
Salary Range: $18-20/hour
This is a full-time, remote position.

Position Summary
You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring data integrity, and effective communication. As a Customer Experience Lead, your duties will include but are not limited to:

  1. Assisting customer service call team members with responding to customer and vendor inquiries
  2. Gathering and evaluating relevant information to address inquiries, comments, or complaints effectively
  3. Responding accurately and efficiently to inquiries and escalations, meeting departmental goals, and triaging requests based on urgency
  4. Maintaining detailed records of communications
  5. Providing detailed information for quarterly business reviews, executives, and customers
  6. Identifying, recording, and tracking unresolved complaints, and directing issues to appropriate resources for resolution

Requirements for our Customer Experience Lead
- 3+ years’ experience in customer service or administrative roles
- Proficient in Excel (formulas, filtering, sorting, VLOOKUP)
