Job summary

Vibrant Works is seeking a Customer Service Liaison at the Tinker AFB location to serve as the primary contact for customers and ensure satisfaction. You will work with store personnel to oversee requests and deliver quality service.

Responsibilities include tracking orders, processing inquiries, verifying orders, managing backorders, and supporting inventory control. Strong communication, attention to detail, and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with a base service center (BSC) highly preferred.
• Experience with Windows.
• Nonprofit experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Track customer orders and follow up on shipments.
• Receive orders and inquiries via email, fax, and phone.
• Verify sales orders and create backorders when needed.
• Ensure price accuracy and correct minimum order quantities.
• Address customer concerns and involve management as needed.
• Handle accounts receivable for customers.
• Assist with inventory control and special projects.
• Must be able to perform repetitive motions daily.
• Must be able to stand or sit for long periods.
