Job summary

Exchange is seeking a Customer Experience Associate to greet customers, process transactions, and provide top-notch service on the sales floor. You will learn product details, assist with special orders, and promote military-backed programs while supporting store operations and security standards.

The role emphasizes adaptability, friendly communication, and teamwork, with opportunities to cross-train across departments and support shifts based on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Completion of high school or the equivalent.
• Retail experience, demonstrated willingness, and potential for additional responsibility.
• If a sufficient number of qualified candidates do not apply, the minimum qualifications may be lowered without reposting.

Responsibilities

• Provides high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Greets each customer upon contact and/or line of sight, assesses needs and offers options.
• Maintains product knowledge and merchandising standards on the sales floor.
• Assists customers with price changes, special orders, online orders, and rain checks.
• Promotes Military Star credit card and other programs to drive sales and loyalty.
• Operates cash register and handles multiple tenders with accuracy.
• Ensures compliance with safety, security, and loss prevention policies.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
