Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Track customer order status and follow up on delays and transfers.
• Receive orders and inquiries via email, fax, and phone and verify sales orders.
• Ensure pricing accuracy and backorder creation where needed.
• Assist with inventory control and general administrative tasks.
