Responsabilités

• Work in all areas of the store including cashiering, stocking, general maintenance, and cleaning.
• Assist store management and team members in delivering a favorable customer shopping experience.
• Lead teams in merchandising and operating initiatives and execute plans.
• Identify opportunities, develop solutions, and create action plans for implementation.
• Drive sales with store management to maximize profits while managing shrink.
• Support management in reducing turnover and maintaining consistent operations.
• Assist with labor and supply cost management to meet targets.
• Ensure returns and exchanges comply with policies.
• Maintain awareness of inventory and stocking conditions to ensure ordering integrity.
• Display a positive attitude and stay current with ads and promotions.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and reinforce safety programs.
