As a Front End Supervisor, you’ll lead Associates, promote an excellent customer experience, train staff, manage POS coverage, and support store initiatives while upholding safety and labor policies. Starting pay is $15.00–$15.50 per hour, with schedule flexibility including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking.
• Strong understanding of merchandising techniques.
• Able to train others.
• Team player, working effectively with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive customer experience and oversees front of store Associates.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Trains and coaches Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Assigns registers, supports POS coverage, and coordinates breaks for all Associates.
• Addresses customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
• Ensures adherence to store plan, policies, and labor laws.
