Responsibilities

• Wowers customers through personal contact and delivers the Five Below experience.
• Lead store to achieve customer service score goals set by the District Manager.
• Oversee front end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Ensure equipment is functioning and staff are trained on services.
• Open/close procedures, cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for guests.
• Assist as acting store manager in the absence of the manager.
• Recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members with the store leadership team.
