Job summary

Five Below, Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead front-line teams and ensure a WOW customer experience. You will train crew on the BEST customer service, monitor store performance against customer service goals, and supervise front-end operations and merchandising standards.

Opening/closing, cleanliness, and readiness for customers are key. A high school diploma and 2 years of management experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact with customers and ensures fast, friendly checkout.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Leads store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Opens/closes, maintains store cleanliness and readiness for customers.
• Performs store manager duties in absence of the manager.
• Partners with store manager to recruit, train, coach and supervise crew.
• Reviews corporate communications and reacts accordingly.
• Supports merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Performs general store maintenance and stock-room duties.
