Job summary

Five Below, Inc. is hiring a Customer Experience Manager in Beaumont, TX. You will lead front-end operations, train crew, and ensure a WOW customer experience at the checkout, while maintaining store standards and safety.

This hourly role supports the store and reports to the Store Manager. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with college experience preferred, and at least 2 years of management experience in retail.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with personal service and fast, friendly checkout.
• Lead front-end operations to meet brand standards and customer service goals.
• Help recruit, train, coach, and supervise crew members with Store Manager support.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and maintain store cleanliness and merchandising.
