Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience at front of store.
• Lead by example, engage with customers and manage loyalty programs.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Coach Associates on store procedures and customer service.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, and monitor labor policies.
• Address customer concerns promptly and escalate when needed.
• Support management with training and performance feedback.
