Job summary

Five Below in Beaver Dam, WI is seeking a capable store leader to guide a crew toward WOW customer service, efficient front-end operations, and strong store performance. You will train, coach, and supervise team members, manage opening and closing procedures, and partner with the store manager to recruit and develop staff.

This hourly role requires at least 2 years of management experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains the crew on the BEST customer service experience; ensuring that each guest has a fast, friendly check out experience.
• Leads their assigned store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals provided by the District Manager.
• Leads front end operations and merchandising to meet or exceed brand standards.
• Ensures front-end equipment is in working order and staff trained for applicable services.
• Opens and closes procedures, maintains store cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers.
• Performs store manager duties in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Partners with the Store Manager to recruit, train, coach, develop and supervise all crew members.
• Reviews corporate communications and reacts accordingly.
• Collaborates with the leadership team on merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
• Maintains stock room and general store upkeep.
