Five Below is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead store associates, drive sales, and maintain a high-energy, customer-first environment. You will oversee front-end operations, training, and daily procedures under the Store Manager’s leadership.

The role emphasizes accountability, cash handling, and safety, with a focus on delivering WOW customer service and achieving CSAT targets. This is a full-time, hourly management position at our Birmingham, AL location.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows the Customer through personal contact with customers and leads Front End Operations.
• Achieves CSAT score goals provided by the District Manager.
• Leads Front End Operations and training of staff on customer service protocols.
• Ensures fast, friendly checkout and store cleanliness.
• Assists in supervision, training, coaching and development of Associates.
• Drives store sales, manages expenses and uses financial reporting to identify opportunities.
• Assists payroll and ensures budget alignment with plan.
• Adheres to SOPs and cash handling procedures.
• Prepares bank deposits and authorizes register functions.
