Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Store Leader with at least two years of management experience to supervise crew, train on the BEST customer service experience, and drive front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.

You will partner with the store manager to recruit, train, coach, and develop team members, maintain store presentation, and ensure readiness for customers at all times. Flexibility for day/evening/weekend shifts is required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent required.
• College experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Wowed customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Lead the store to achieve and maintain customer service score goals.
• Oversee front-end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Ensure equipment is working and crew trained for services where applicable.
• Assist with opening/closing, store cleanliness, and stock recovery.
• Support store manager with recruiting, training, coaching, and supervision.
