Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 5-7 years of related experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiar with rate orders and contracts.
• Ability to type 35 WPM and handle 10-key keypad.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees daily activities of the Customer Service staff and provides direction.
• Trains employees on SOPs and safe work practices, coaching representatives.
• Resolves complex service questions and handles billing inquiries from customers.
• Manages the bid schedule and workload to ensure timely responses.
• Manages new order processes for accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinates bookings and sales activities with internal teams.
• Ensures production activities meet customer expectations.
