Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Training Lead for Product Sales Specialists at our San Leandro store. You will develop our customer service standards and ensure staff provide detailed product information to shoppers.

In this role you will train colleagues, certify product specialists, and drive the company philosophy of the basic P’s of retail. Excellent communication and multitasking in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of customer service/sales experience or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train product sales specialists to deliver high-level customer service.
• Ensure knowledgeable customer interactions and product information for shoppers.
• Maintain merchandising, pricing, and department organization.
• Certify product specialists through required courses.
• Possess thorough understanding of merchandise and installation.
• Greet customers and assist with questions and purchases.
• Process checkout and handle refunds per guidelines.
• Stock and tag merchandise displays and create price tags.
