Job summary

The TJ Maxx store in Danville, KY is seeking a front-end leader to foster an outstanding customer experience. You will supervise Associates, train staff on front-end principles, and promote loyalty programs while ensuring a clean, organized store and adherence to policies.

Qualifications include 1 year of retail and 6 months of leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and flexibility to work nights and weekends.
