Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal interaction and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and monitor customer service quality.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking to keep floor-ready inventory.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling store operations and staff issues.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, set alarms, and prepare for daily operations.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drive sales and manage expenses by optimizing merchandising and staff performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership on merchandising and store recovery tasks.
• Perform general maintenance duties such as cleaning and organizing stockrooms.
