Job summary

Dal-Tile, the leading tile and natural stone manufacturer, seeks a Supervisor Customer Experience to lead Home Centers teams in Dallas, TX. The role involves planning, coordinating resources, and ensuring top-tier customer service across daily operations.

You will supervise a diverse team, monitor performance, and drive improvements in processes, metrics, and customer satisfaction while collaborating with leadership to meet budget and efficiency targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 4-6 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 0-3 years of management experience preferred.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Able to multitask, prioritize, delegate, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing plans and schedules to ensure optimal service delivery.
• Review business requirements and enhancements; propose viable improvements.
• Supervise, motivate, and coach a diverse staff; monitor performance.
• Recommend changes and assist to implement action steps for customer satisfaction.
• Lead or facilitate team-based improvement projects.
• Collaborate with managers to maintain control of resources within budget and efficiency standards.
• Prepare information to explain or resolve customer issues or feedback.
• Work with leadership to resolve service issues and develop value-added processes.
• Compile and review data on sales, inventory, claims, and related metrics for the team.
