Job summary

Marshalls in Pearl, MS, part of the TJX Companies, is seeking a store leadership role to promote an excellent customer experience and lead a team of Associates at the front of the store. You will model outstanding service, coach staff on loyalty programs, and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong merchandising knowledge and techniques.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train others and mentor Associates.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Capable of multi-tasking and adapting to change.
• Team player with peers and supervisors.

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store activity.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage.
• Provide training and coaching to Associates on customer service and loyalty programs.
• Monitor store operations and ensure compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Communicate priorities clearly to management and staff.
