Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 6 months of leadership experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to train others and coach associates on front-end principles.

Responsibilities

• Creates a positive internal and external customer experience.
• Promotes a culture of honesty and integrity; maintains confidentiality.
• Trains and mentors Associates on front end principles and loyalty programs.
• Manages registers, supports POS coverage needs, and coordinates breaks.
• Addresses customer concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience.
• Ensures adherence to store plans and prioritizes tasks as needed.
• Communicates priorities effectively with management and staff.
