Floor & Decor in Murrells Inlet, SC is seeking a Connected Customer Supervisor to lead a dynamic team of customer service associates, oversee cashiering, returns, cash office functions, inventory management, and e-commerce support while delivering an exceptional shopping experience.

The successful candidate will direct front-end operations, ensure SOP compliance, drive inventory accuracy, and maintain high service standards through effective coaching and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year in customer service/cashier supervisory role or 4 years in customer service.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 2 years of computer experience in a work environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct all Customer Service Associates and Connected Customer Specialists in front end and inventory accuracy.
• Lead cashiering, credit, and close-out SOP adherence.
• Oversee inventory management and store-wide accuracy.
• Process refunds and exchanges per guidelines.
• Coordinate signage updates and price changes for SKUs.
• Assist customers with product selection and questions.
