Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking a front-end supervisor to promote an outstanding customer experience and lead a team of Associates in a busy store environment. You will train and coach staff, manage POS coverage, and ensure a clean, organized sales floor.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience required
• 6 months of leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Able to train others and adapt to changes in direction

Responsibilities

• Promote an excellent customer experience and lead front-of-store associates
• Provide guidance on loyalty programs and store promotions
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, and ensure POS coverage
• Address customer concerns promptly and maintain a clean, organized store
• Train and mentor Associates on front-end procedures
• Ensure adherence to labor laws, policies, and procedures
