Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. is seeking a front-of-store leader to oversee Associates and promote an excellent customer experience at TJ Maxx in Elizabethtown, KY. You will model service excellence, train staff, and coordinate POS coverage while maintaining store standards.

Responsibilities include coaching on loyalty programs, ensuring safety and policy adherence, and supporting management in staffing and priorities. Flexible schedule including nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail or store operations.
• At least 6 months in a leadership role.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a positive customer experience and promote loyalty programs.
• Lead by example with courteous, prompt service and teamwork.
• Assign registers, coordinate breaks, monitor POS coverage, and address issues.
• Ensure adherence to store policies, safety, and training of Associates.
• Support management in training and operational priorities.
