Job summary

Burlington Stores in Grandville, MI is seeking a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead to guide front-end operations and deliver a positive shopping experience. You will coach associates, manage checkout flow, and ensure the sales floor is organized and ready to serve customers.

You will solve customer concerns, collaborate with store leadership, and maintain merchandising standards while modeling Burlington’s values.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred (off-price, big box, or specialty retail environments are a plus)
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to lead and coach associates
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service across the store.
• Coordinate daily front-end operations, including checkout flow and line management.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities to meet business needs.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Ensure tasks, recovery, and merchandising standards are completed.
• Assist with merchandise flow and maintain organization in stock and support areas.
• Support safety standards and operational procedures.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties and assist with scheduling breaks and coverage.
