Burlington Stores in Anderson, SC is seeking a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead to drive front-end operations, coach associates, and deliver a positive shopping experience.

You will lead by example, manage checkout flow, resolve issues, ensure merchandising standards, and partner with store leadership to improve service. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to lead and coach associates in a fast-paced store environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service across the store.
• Coordinate daily front-end operations including checkout flow and line management.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities to meet business needs.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate transactions including returns and exchanges.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when needed.
• Maintain merchandising standards and completion of workload tasks.
• Perform opening and/or closing duties as assigned.
• Support proper scheduling of breaks and front-end coverage.
• Troubleshoot routine register issues to minimize disruptions.
• Partner with store leadership to address service or execution opportunities.
• Assist with merchandise flow and stock organization.
