Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred, especially off-price or big box formats.
• Ability to lead, coach, and motivate associates in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver excellent customer service across the store.
• Coordinate daily front-end operations, including checkout flow and line management.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities to meet business needs.
• Ensure fast, friendly, and accurate transactions (sales, returns, exchanges).
• Help resolve customer concerns and elevate issues when needed.
• Maintain merchandising standards and complete workload tasks.
