Qualifications

• Extensive cash handling experience.

• Ability to act as a leader and resource for customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to appropriate business partners.
• Assist in training new Customer Service Representatives.
• Collaborate with the Financial Center Manager to maintain monthly processes.
• Maintain knowledge of bank policies and procedures and ensure compliant operations.
• Handle referrals and maintain knowledge of Retail products and services.
