Job summary

Dry Goods is seeking a Keyholder to support store operations with a focus on service, product knowledge, and maintaining an inviting store environment. You will play a key role in delivering a memorable shopping experience and helping drive sales.

You will help train new hires, unpack stock, keep visual standards high, and be flexible to work day, evening, and weekend shifts. This role supports the management team in daily operations and customer care.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience - greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
