Responsibilities

• Greet customers, ensure friendly service, and thank each guest.
• Perform all sales associate duties and aim for individual sales goals.
• Develop relationships to grow the business and repeat visits.
• Highlight product knowledge to enhance the customer experience.
• Unpack and display stock and keep shelves organized.
• Maintain a visually appealing, clean store environment.
• Assist with new hire training and onboarding.
• Open and close store operations as needed.
• Work day, evening, and weekend shifts as required.
