Job summary

Park Place Technologies is seeking a data-minded student to support customer experience initiatives in the Ohio area. You will assist with VoC programs, research the end-to-end experience, and help identify improvement opportunities across customer and employee journeys.

The role emphasizes data analysis, reporting, and documentation, with opportunities to work on multiple CX projects and events for the Customer Advisory Board. A strong foundation in Excel and communication is preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in business, computer science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in working with data sets.
• Familiarity with Excel and the ability to manipulate data effectively.
• Good communication skills with a desire to grow in presenting findings and insights.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
• Self-motivated and proactive individual with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with customer feedback programs through VoC initiatives (CSAT, NPS, etc.).
• Help research end-to-end customer/employee experience to find improvement areas.
• Research root causes and assist in developing solutions via CX projects.
• Produce program specifications, project plans, and process documentation.
• Use data visualization tools to report and analyze feedback.
• Assist with planning events for the Customer Advisory Board.
