Job summary

Veeam is seeking a Voice of the Customer Intern for a 10-week summer program (June–August 2027) to support customer experience initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on experience in collecting, analyzing, and translating feedback into insights for business decisions.

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and excited about data and qualitative feedback, with strong communication skills and the ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Rising junior or senior pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, or a graduate student.
• Strong interest in customer experience, Voice of the Customer programs, analytics, or program management.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication with ability to summarize findings.

Responsibilities

• Support Voice of the Customer initiatives during the 10-week internship.
• Analyze survey data and qualitative feedback to identify trends and insights.
• Create stakeholder-ready summaries and project trackers.
