Job summary

800flowerscareers is seeking an Analyst to join the Enterprise Customer Care Customer Experience & Insights team in New York. You will combine customer research, data analysis, and storytelling to uncover customer needs and translate findings into actionable recommendations that improve the end-to-end journey.

You will work with Snowflake, Sigma, Power BI, SSMS, SQL, and Excel to connect customer perspectives with operational data and support Voice of Customer programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 1–3 years of experience working with data, reporting, analytics, databases, or related functions.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, Snowflake, and Sigma with experience working with large datasets.
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying, analyzing, and validating data in Snowflake or a cloud data warehouse.
• Working knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) preferably with Microsoft Dataverse.
• Experience with Python, R, VBA, or similar analytical tools is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer and operational trends to identify insights and opportunities to improve the end-to-end journey.
• Translate findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for business leaders.
• Develop reporting requirements and data definitions with cross-functional partners.
• Build, maintain, and validate insight reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Support ongoing reporting and analytics needs across Enterprise Customer Care.
• Document data requirements, business rules, and transformation logic for reporting.
