Job summary

W&O is seeking a Customer Service & Fulfillment Specialist to manage customer relationships through the order management and fulfillment process, communicating proactively about order status and expectations while resolving technical and logistical issues.

The role includes reviewing purchase orders, handling customer emails, and coordinating with internal departments. A strong emphasis on detail, collaboration, and timely responsiveness is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or college degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or admin roles addressing business processes and customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and communicate PO directions to customers and internal teams.
• Serve as key contact in managing customer relationships during order management and fulfillment.
• Navigate shared email and portals to find RFQs and enter new orders in systems.
• Distribute and respond to customer communications in a timely, courteous, professional manner.
• Acknowledge PO receipt in portals as needed.
• Assist with changes to sales and purchase orders as necessary.
• Engage resources to resolve fulfillment issues and ensure product availability.
• Support order fulfillment processes and production determinations.
• Maintain superior customer service through written and verbal communication.
• Interact with all department levels, internally and externally.
• Proactively communicate status and expectations to customers.
• Resolve customer logistical issues reactively and promptly.
• Assist sales and service teams with questions and order inquiries.
