Job summary

W&O in Mobile, AL is seeking a Customer Service & Fulfillment Specialist to be the main contact for customers throughout order management and fulfillment, communicating order status and expectations and resolving technical and logistical issues.

You will review purchase orders, liaise with internal departments, enter RFQs in D365, process PO acknowledgments, and coordinate necessary resources to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• D365 experience preferred but not required.
• High School diploma; College degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service or administrative roles addressing business processes.

Responsibilities

• Interpret and communicate PO directions to the customer and internal departments as needed.
• Serve as the key point of contact in managing the customer relationship throughout order management and fulfillment.
• Navigate shared email and customer portals to find RFQ and enter new RFQ’s in D365.
• Navigate portals to find and download purchase orders.
• Distribute and respond to customer communications promptly and professionally.
