Kroger Co. is seeking a Front-end Supervisor in Appleton, WI to lead day-to-day Front-end operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and maintain a safe, efficient store environment.

You will supervise schedules, manage cash and inventory processes, and collaborate with store management to execute budgets and promotional plans. The role emphasizes customer-first service, teamwork, and adherence to company standards while developing a department business plan to drive results and support

Formación

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Ability to handle stressful situations.
• Knowledge of basic math (counting, addition, subtraction)

Responsabilidades

• Promote trust and respect among associates.
• Communicate department information to associates.
• Collaborate with associates and promote teamwork to achieve store goals.
• Create an environment that makes customers feel welcome and appreciated by answering questions about products.
• Respond to product questions and make suggestions.
• Monitor and control supply expenses for the department.
• Manage cash control, sales and cash items and records for the store.
• Schedule Front-end associates to ensure department coverage.
• Assist management with budget, P&L reviews, and action on financial reports.
• Develop and implement a department business plan to achieve results.
• Create and execute sales promotions with store management.
• Plan and supervise inventory processes and tag updates.
• Train associates on inventory/stocking and ordering systems.
• Adhere to food safety regulations and safety procedures.
• Report safety risks or issues and incidents.
