Job summary

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Willing to assist with truck unloading, stocking, and planogram processes.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience and execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enrollments; educate about VOC surveys.
• Assist with Omni-channel processes (BOPIS, Ship From Store) and store recovery duties.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes; maintain in-stock merchandise.
• Support shrink and safety programs and adhere to SOPs and company policies.
