Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store team member at the PHX-MESA/McKELLIPS, AZ location to assist customers, create framing solutions, and maintain a well-organized store. You will help customers shop, locate products, and process framing orders with care in a climate-controlled retail environment.

The role involves ringing up sales, stocking, and supporting omni-channel processes. Experience in retail and a service mindset are preferred, with availability for nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships while creating custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and stock levels.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Operate cash register and cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
