Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support store leadership by handling a variety of tasks, including food service prep, POS transactions, and store upkeep. You will engage customers with friendliness and professionalism to uphold the Royal Farms standard of excellence.

The role emphasizes safe, efficient service, product knowledge, and teamwork to ensure a welcoming shopping experience during all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Willingness to learn safety protocols.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledge-based service.
• Assist customers with product selection and answer inquiries.
• Communicate customer requests or issues to store leadership.
• Operate the register, process payments, and manage fuel/gift cards.
• Verify IDs for age-restricted products and educate on use of assisted checkouts.
• Assist with tobacco, lottery, or items behind the counter as needed.
• Prepare made-to-order foods and beverages accurately and quickly.
• Restock and check expiration dates to keep shelves full and safe.
• Maintain clean, safe store areas and report unsafe conditions.
