Royal Farms is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support the store leadership team and maintain efficient, safe, and customer-focused operations. You will handle food service preparation, POS transactions, and store upkeep to deliver a friendly, professional experience.

In this role, you will greet customers, assist with product selection, manage payments, follow safety procedures, and help keep the store clean and well-stocked while adhering to Royal Farms standards of excellence.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn safety processes and procedures.
• Prior experience in food service or customer service (preferred).

Responsabilités
