• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Identify future talent and contribute to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations and ensure efficiency and brand alignment.
• Act as brand ambassador, delivering the best possible customer experience.
• Step into Store Manager role when required to ensure leadership continuity.
