You will coach Sales Advisors, manage daily operations, and step in as Store Manager when needed, ensuring consistency with brand standards. This role requires flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Support recruitment, onboarding and training for new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent and development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and brand alignment.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Step into Store Manager role when required to ensure continuity.
