You will collaborate with leadership to analyse sales data, motivate staff, and ensure onboarding and training standards are met.

Qualifications

• Prior retail floor management experience required.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Clear, confident communication with staff and customers.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to analyze sales data to drive department performance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of customer service through styling advice and store experience.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Identify and nurture talent for staff progression.
• Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and brand alignment.
• Act as brand ambassador delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Step into Store Manager role when required to ensure leadership continuity.
