Job summary

You’ll coach a team of sales associates, manage opening/closing, analyze sales data, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. A passion for fashion, strong communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail/hospitality with knowledge of store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Customer-focused with commitment to delivering excellent service.
• Product passion and enthusiasm to share with customers.
• Adaptable to changing priorities and customer requests.
• Proactive and driven to take initiative and get things done.
• Strong communication; listens to understand needs and perspectives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences through styling advice, product knowledge, and an engaging store environment.
• Open and close procedures and support the wider management team as needed.
• Interpret sales data and collaborate with store leadership to optimize commercial performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of sales associates to uphold exceptional service standards.
• Oversee day-to-day store operations such as deliveries, replenishment, and shopfloor coverage.
• Act as a brand ambassador and ensure every customer interaction is memorable and meaningful.
