Job summary

TricorBraun is seeking a customer-focused Account Coordinator to join our Operations Team and help customers bring their products to market. From Day 1 you’ll work with the sales team to assist customers with orders, scheduling shipments, quotes, and invoicing.

This role requires problem solving, proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ERP experience (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft). A bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with two or more years of experience or the equivalent combination.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP packages like Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle and PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers daily with orders and scheduling shipments.
• Provide quotes and process invoices; follow up on payments.
• Coordinate with sales team to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
