Job summary

You will master product knowledge, lead engaging demonstrations, and build relationships with customers through thoughtful engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment.
• Experience with POS or inventory systems is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy store setting.

Responsibilities

• Embody Glossier’s customer experience principles to create memorable in-store experiences.
• Lead product demonstrations, applications, and recommendations to customers.
• Develop relationships with new and repeat customers pre- and post- visits.
• Assist with in-store events, activations, and other leadership-directed initiatives.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and store presentation to support seamless customer journeys.
• Collaborate with store leadership and teammates to execute store plans.
