Job summary

Glossier, Inc. is seeking an Editor to join our store team in New York. You will immerse yourself in the customer journey, training across front and back of house, and help deliver cohesive experiences from product demos to post-purchase support.

You’ll embody hospitality, collaboration, and a joy-for-service, guiding customers with product knowledge, building relationships, and supporting store leadership in day-to-day operations and events.
