Job summary

Modivcare in the United States is seeking a Dispatcher / Customer Advocate to join our team. This role delivers superior service to Transportation Providers by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring accurate documentation, including scheduling, modifying, or canceling reservations.

You will log trip data, assist with trip corrections and cost adjustments, and respond professionally to provider questions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0+ years of experience or equivalent education.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused demeanor.
• Excellent active listening and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to learn new systems quickly and follow complex instructions.
• Demonstrated accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Assist Transportation Providers with questions and concerns.
• Schedule, modify, and cancel reservations per provider requests.
• Document and investigate complaints with detailed records.
• Respond to provider concerns and refer unresolved issues.
• Ensure accurate entry of trip-related data.
• Support trip corrections, mileage/cost adjustments, cancellations, and retroactive trips.
• Answer transport provider call line professionally.
• Participate in meetings and other assigned duties.
