PureClean is a customer-focused carpet cleaning company seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the first voice customers hear and to help create an outstanding experience. This role blends sales and service—listening, booking appointments, and ensuring technicians are set up for success.

Your effectiveness on the phone drives daily performance and profitability, making you a pivotal part of the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and clerical abilities.
• Comfort with computer systems and scheduling tools.
• Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure.
• Problem-solving mindset and customer-first attitude.
• Reliability and flexibility (Saturday availability required).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and online inquiries quickly and professionally.
• Gather customer information and enter it into our system.
• Update jobs with notes, photos, and documents as needed.
• Dispatch technicians and manage the daily route schedule.
• Respond to online leads within 5 minutes or less.
• Conduct quality follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Make outbound calls to previous customers for maintenance cleanings.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
