Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, customer support, account coordination, or a customer-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Customer-first mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Create a World-Class Customer Experience by serving as a primary contact for inquiries by phone and email.
• Build strong relationships through professional, responsive, and personalized service.
• Resolve questions, concerns, and requests with urgency and accuracy.
• Identify customer needs and connect them with the right solutions.
• Support Day-to-Day Operations: process orders, requests, and account updates accurately.
• Collaborate Across Teams: partner with Operations, Sales, Logistics to support customer success.
